Comments:

I worked and tried to go to school at the same time and it
just didn't work out so I joined the Air Force and spent some time overseas in England, met my husband and got married. Got out of the Airforce and went to nursing school in Florida where we were stationed and then came back here to Fairchild. My husband retired after 20+ years and he went back to school to become a Physician Assistant. We have 2 great kids, who are into everything and growing up way too fast. I am now the Band Mom and I travel around with the Mt. Spokane Marching band and take care of all the uniforms! I am now having a better high schoolexperience than I did while in school. Who knew that I am a band geek too!!
4/18/19 My kids are now grown and finishing college, my daughter just graduated with her Teaching certificate, Majoring in English for Secondary grades and will be starting her Master's program in May. My son joined the Air National Guard and has had the opportunity to travel around our Washington State, Hawaii and support the Presidential Inauguration. Working to pay for college and saving for retirement, unbelievable that we can be getting to that point in our lives!

School Story:

School was school, had to be there even if you didn't like it.
The most memorable story from school is the Tear Gas event, sitting out in the smoking area (remember when you could do that!) and your eyes are just watering like crazy.
People running outside like the school was really on fire!

What did you want to be as you were growing up? How close did you come?

My first grade teacher said I would make a good nurse if I could just get through school. Guess I showed her!!

So how did you get where you are today? Whats your story? Everyone has a story

I did all the stuff you were suppose to do while young, had a good time, partied, saw a bit of the world and then settled down.
